A new large-scale work by one of the world’s most celebrated artists, Gerhard Richter, will be officially unveiled in the Royal Parks on Thursday 25 April 2024 by the artist’s wife, Sabine Moritz, and the Serpentine’s Artistic Director, Hans Ulrich Obrist. The work is presented in association with Joe Hage, Founder of HENI. Standing more than three metres tall, the work entitled STRIP-TOWER (2023) is an installation that harnesses the reflective properties of glass and mirrored surfaces to enhance our perception of the built environment. Situated near to Serpentine South in Kensington Gardens, STRIP-TOWER (2023) will be on view from 25 April to 27 October 2024., Credit:celebrityphotos uk / Avalon
