05 May 2024, North Rhine-Westphalia, Duesseldorf: Participants in a bicycle rally ride through the city on their bikes. The traditional bicycle rally organized by the Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club (ADFC) has begun in Düsseldorf. Under the motto "Cycle paths for everyone - longer, wider, safer!", cyclists gathered on Sunday afternoon to demonstrate for better cycling infrastructure. The campaign is part of the ADFC's annual bicycle rally, which leads from over 70 starting points throughout the Rhineland, the Bergisches Land and the Ruhr region to Düsseldorf in a star shape.
