FILE PHOTO Rockport, MA USA January 27, 1997 (MR) Artist Sven Carlson holds a copy of a sketch he drew while a soldier during the Second World War. He published one hundred sketches in a book called, 'World War II Soldier Artist Sketchbook.' They depicted battle scenes and rear echelon activities.
