Portugal, Sines. Nossa Senhora das Salas Church. The chapel was built on the initiative of Vasco da Gama, next to the place where there was a hermitage commemorating the salvation of Princess Fatassa. The original temple dates from the 15th century, although it was modified in the 16th century. Architectural detail of the upper part of the main facade, with a cross and a conical pinnacle crowning the buttresses of the church. District of Setúbal.
