PHILLIP GARRIDO AND NANCY GARRIDO were arrested in connection with the Jaycee Lee Dugard disappearance 18 years ago and booked into the El Dorado County jail shortly before 1 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2009. Only Phillip Garrido is visible here. Dugard was reportedly abducted in South Lake Tahoe when she was 11 years old. On Wednesday afternoon she walked into a Concord area police station.
