RIO DE JANEIRO, RJ - 31.12.2023: PRIMEIRA CORRIDA DE VERA CRUZ NO RJ - The City of Rio de Janeiro hosted today (12/31), the 1st edition of the Vera Cruz Race, also known as the Virada Race. Expected to join the Rio de Janeiro race calendar on a 7.5km and 15km route, the start was at Monumento dos Pracinhas, the runners walked through Aterro do Flamengo passing through some streets in the Historic Center and Enseada de Botafogo.
