19 April 2024, Thuringia, Erfurt: Bodo Ramelow (Die Linke), Minister President of Thuringia, and Doris Fischer, Director of the Thuringian Palaces and Gardens Foundation, talk about the plans for the Petersberg in the defensive barracks. The former medieval monastery complex is to become an immersive experience in the future. Erfurt Tourismus und Marketing GmbH and the Thuringian Palace Foundation want to bring the former Benedictine monastery on the Petersberg back to life using virtual reality (VR).
