Photograph partially shows a section of both the railroad and wagon access to Burnside Wharf at Youbedam Point in Stafford County, Virginia. General Ambrose Burnside rebuilt Aquia Landing in November 1862 to supply his army during the Fredericksburg Campaign, adding this additional wharf at Youbedam Point, farther out on the Potomac River.
