Premier Inn, Torquay, Thursday 21st March 2024. The finishing touches are being made to Torquay's latest new hotel - the long-awaited Premier Inn on the old Terrace car park site. Known as the Harbour View Hotel, it is due to open later in the spring. The project has been dogged by delays but signage is now in place and the adjoining 300-space car park is open.
