Body found in water at south Manchester beauty spot with major police response, Thursday 21st March 2024. Police and fire crews are in attendance. Emergency services have descended on a popular park in south Manchester after a body was found. Police and firefighters are currently in attendance at Chorlton Water Park. Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service says it was called out at 11.15am to support Greater Manchester Police at the scene.
