27 November 2022, Saxony, Leipzig: At the Christmas market on Augustusplatz, the traditional fairytale forest with a stylized illuminated Christmas tree attracts many visitors. In large parts of the city center, from the market with the large 18-meter-high Christmas tree, through adjacent streets and squares to Augustusplatz at the opera, more than 300 stalls with exhibitors from all over the country and many rides are set up.
