King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer just a week after receiving treatment for an enlarged prostate. The Monarch postpones public duties and started treatment in a London hospital. Queen Camilla continues working and it's expected that William, Prince of Wales, will shoulder more responsibility than ever without Kate, Cathering Princess of Wales by his side after her abdominal surgery in January.
