UK OUT Bruce Springsteen cut his ARM after falling over during his concert at Hyde Park in London last night (Thurs). The 73-year-old rocker tripped while walking up some stairs as he performed Out in the Street in front of 60,000 fans. The legendary singer walked down into the crowd about half way through the song, but as he returned to the stage he stumbled up the steep steps. Security guards rushed to help him up, but Bruce was all smiles as he quickly recovered and sat on the steps to continue the song. He was joined on the steps by musician Jake Clemens. The Boss, who is currently on a European tour with his E Street band, went onto perform an energetic three-hour set. This is his second tumble this tour and comes after he fell face first after tripping up some stairs during his concert in Amsterdam in May. That time he was helped up by members of his band and made light of the moment by yelling, “Goodnight everybody!” Concerned fans took to Twitter after last night’s concert. Jeniene wrote: “Those steps need to go. Bring back the ramp.” Stewy added: “Look after those hips boss” and Thibaut wrote: “Elevator needed.” Singer Billy Joel was spotted watching last night’s concert, which included all Springsteen’s big hits such as Born in the USA and Born to Run. Springsteen returns to Hyde Park on Saturday (July 8) and the European leg of his tour continues until July 25. He will then play North America from August 9 to December 10.
