Kaja Godek (Polish conservative activist and leader of the foundation ?ycie I Rodzina) gives an interview to the press right after the lost case at the Supreme Court. On March 24, 2024, the Supreme Court made an important decision that may set a precedent in the Polish legal system and affect future cases regarding freedom of speech and expression of views. Due to the lack of sufficient grounds to continue the proceedings, the Court rejected the cassation appeal against the judgment acquitting three activists who in 2019 took part in a protest against the installation of images of Our Lady of Cz?stochowa with a rainbow halo in the vicinity of the church of St. Dominika in P?ock.
