'Jacques Tilly and Team Jester's License') in Duesseldorf, Germany, 10 January 2017. Jacques Tilly, Germany's most famous Carnival parade wagon artist, has been creating politically satirical carnival parade wagons for the Shrove Monday parade in Duesseldorf for the past 30 years.
