PRODUCTION - 02 April 2024, Hamburg: Photographer and artist Boris Eldagsen sits during a workshop on the art project "Remembering Nazi euthanasia - shaping an inclusive society" at the Allee grammar school on Max-Brauer-Allee in the Altona district. The level 11 philosophy course at Allee grammar school is taking part in the nationwide project "Remembering Nazi euthanasia - shaping an inclusive society" Zeit-Stiftung, funded by the Foundation Remembrance, Responsibility and Future (EVZ). At five former Nazi "intermediate institutions" - today mostly hospitals or medical and care facilities - the pupils work with artists in workshops to develop site-specific Nazi crimes and victim biographies in the form of works of art and present them as facade paintings, sculptures or installations in public spaces.
