Schober (Haybarn) by Gerhard Richter is on display at Christie's on Friday, February 13, 2026 in New York City. Christie's will sell two exquisite examples by Gerhard Richter, a legend of contemporary art who is widely regarded as the greatest living painter. The works are an abstract canvas from 1991 and a landscape from 1984, and both are selling in our Evening Sale in London on March 5.
