PRODUCTION - 18 February 2026, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Wieck: Fisherman Andy Ahrens retrieves zander from the water while "rattling" on the Bodden off Wieck on the Darß, on the right the board for rattling. When rattling, nets are pushed under the ice and then a long board is used to "rattle" around in the ice hole. This mainly flushes out zander, perch and pike, which get caught in the nets.
