A number of patients from the Gaza Strip departed from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society headquarters in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, in vehicles bearing the United Nations logo and ambulances, heading towards the Rafah border crossing. From there, they will travel outside Gaza to receive medical treatment. This is the fourth group to leave for treatment abroad since the limited opening of the Rafah crossing, which has been closed for more than 20 months.
