Exhbits at the new bamboo pavilion at Kwok Hing Lane, which is the main exhibition venue of the Festival of Centre Street. The festival kicks off on 16 June 2025 in Sai Ying Pun with the innovative bamboo pavilions of both modern and traditional design styles adorning one of the steepest streets in the city and showcasing the accomplishments of the Centre Street Soeng5 Lok6 community-making project. A group of architects and artists had worked with residents, schools and social service organisations in the district over the past three years, with the vision of co-creating public spaces and community amenities that leverage existing resources to address the neighbourhood’s needs. 16JUN25.
