Local residents came to check the out the rising floodwaters of the Ohio River that has forced closure of the Third Street exit into downtown Louisville, on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky. After several days of heavy rain across Louisville and Kentucky, many local residents have been forced from their homes and business until the waters recede.
