Flood waters from the Ohio River have closed off highway ramps to Interstate 71 for several days as local residents wait for waters to recede Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky. After several days of heavy rain across Louisville and Kentucky, many local residents have been forced from their homes and business until the waters recedes.
