(170228) -- NINGDE, Feb. 28, 2017 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on Feb. 27, 2017 shows the lanterns displayed in a fair to celebrate Er Yue Er, or the second day of the second month on the Chinese Lunar calendar in Huotong ancient town of Ningde City, southeast China's Fujian Province.
