(150926) -- HONGTONG, Sept. 26, 2015 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on Sept. 25, 2015 shows the Feihong (Flying Rainbow) at the Guangsheng Temple in Hongtong County, north China's Shanxi Province. The Guangsheng Temple was first set up in the first year (147 A.D.) of the Jianhe reign of the Eastern Han Dynasty (20-220 A.D.). The temple underwent several damages in earthquakes and experienced several repairs in the past years. The Flying Rainbow Tower, one of the temple's characteristic architecture, has 13 storeys with a height of 47.31 meters, and its plane is octagonal. The whole tower was decorated with five-colored glaze of yellow, green, blue, white and brown. There are delicate carvings of Buddha, Bodhisattvas, guardian warriors, flowers, birds, animals and other designs on the tower. (Xinhua/Li Zhongbo) (lfj)
