(110109) -- GUIYANG, Jan. 9, 2011 (Xinhua) -- A volunteer(L) helps a passenger make a call in the Friendly Face Center at Guiyang Railway Station in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province, on Jan. 9, 2011. Another wave of freezing weather and low temperature hit Guizhou Sunday. Local volunteers were organized by Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League to launch a volunteer center named "The Friendly Face Center" at the local railway station.
