(160307) -- MONTEVIDEO, March 7, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Claudia Barreto works at a factory in Montevideo, capital of Uruguay, on March 4, 2016. Claudia, 44 years old, is the mother of 5 children and works as construction bricklayer since 2008 to support her family. She is the only female at a factory with about 50 workers and has the similar workload with others. According to the new added clauses in documents of the Only National Union of Construction and Annexes (SUNCA), companies are required to hire more female staff.
