(150321) -- SHENYANG, March 21, 2015 (Xinhua) -- Soldiers escort coffins of 68 Chinese soldiers killed in the 1950-53 Korean War in a martyrs' cemetery at a burial ceremony in Shenyang, capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province, March 21, 2015. The remains of the 68 Chinese soldiers were returned to China on Friday morning from the Republic of Korea. The Chinese People's Volunteers (CPV) fought with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's army in the Korean War against the South Korean army and U.S.-led UN forces. Tens of thousands of CPV soldiers died on the Korean Peninsula during the war, which ended in an armistice in 1953. (Xinhua/Yang Qing) (lfj)
