21 July 2022, Brandenburg, Potsdam: Unripe grapes grow on the grounds of the Royal Vineyard. Frederick the Great had the vineyard, along with the Belvedere and the Winzerhaus (Dragon House), planted in 1769 on the recommendation of a Rhineland vintner and soldier in the royal guard. Today, gardeners from Mosaik Berlin GmbH are working with the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation (SPSG) to restore the Royal Vineyard.
