04 February 2023, Saxony-Anhalt, Schierke: The participants of the ice carnival stand in the water of the Waldseebad Hasselfelde. For this year's ice carnival, more than 20 men and women in costume climbed into the ice-cold water of the Waldseebad Hasselfelde. With an air temperature of 2 degrees Celsius and a water temperature of 2 degrees, the ice bathers from Hasselfelde , Magdeburg, Frost and other places let it go well. Photo: Matthias Bein/dpa
