PRODUCTION - 05 October 2022, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Prerow: A seat in the dunes of "Area I" of the Regenbogencamp vacation complex in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, with caravans and tents in the background. This area with 75 permanent campers must be cleared by the end of the year. All other permanent campsites are also being checked to see if they are "national park compliant", which is why all 423 permanent campers initially received a notice of termination. The background to this is the change of ownership in March of this year, when the state-owned Foundation for the Environment and Nature Conservation of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern was able to buy a large part of the land from the federal government.
