27 September 2022, Saxony-Anhalt, Halle (Saale): The defendant in a trial for defamation and incitement of the people sits before the start of the trial in the district court in Halle/Saale. On Sept. 14, 2020, the district court in Halle (Saale) sentenced the defendant to a total term of imprisonment of eleven months for defamation of political figures, insult, defamation, incitement of the people and insulting religious beliefs.
