PRODUCTION - 23 April 2024, Saxony, Oelsnitz: A net secures the north tower of the town church of St. Jakobi in Oelsnitz. The tower is in a poor state of repair and urgently needs to be renovated. But there is not enough money to maintain it. Many parishes share this problem, as historic buildings are expensive. For cost reasons, they are also considering dismantling the tower right up to the tower walkways.
