18 April 2024, Bavaria, Munich: A passer-by with an umbrella crosses a street in the Haidhausen district during snowfall. Winter has made a brief appearance in the Bavarian capital. Thursday will bring wintry weather with snow and icy conditions to parts of Bavaria - elsewhere, thunderstorms and heavy rain are expected. According to the forecast of the German Weather Service (DWD), snow and sleet will fall in the mountains and up into the higher lowlands.
