09 June 2022, Saxony-Anhalt, Bad Lauchstädt: In the historic Goethe Theater in Bad Lauchstädt, the stage and lighting manager in charge, Carsten Ritter, operates the original preserved wooden understage machinery. The theater was built according to ideas of the poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749-1832) and opened on June 26, 1802 in the former health resort and fashionable spa. The 220th anniversary of the Goethe Theater in Bad Lauchstädt is being honored with a week of festivities.
