The organizers of the action group wanted to remind people of the fragility of democracy. Over the past few days, the tank has attracted the attention of pro-Russian groups and pacifists, who brought flowers and placed them on and around the exhibit. The Feminist Anti-War Resistance group state: �We want to remind that this tank is the gun used to kill civilians. Right now the same tanks are still being used by Russia to kill Ukrainians, just 2,000 kilometers from Amsterdam. On March 31st, 2022, this tank was destroyed by Ukrainian soldiers during the Battle in the village of Dmytrivka near Bucha.
