Diyarbakir Metropolitan Municipality Co-Mayors Ayse Serra Bucak Kucuk (R) and Dogan Hatun are seen making a statement about the large debts left to them by the Trustee appointed by the AK Party government. In Turkey, investigations initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Prosecutors' Offices regarding the allegations that the Turkish flag was raised in the municipal buildings and the Turkish national anthem was not sung about the Diyarbakir and Mardin Metropolitan Municipalities, which were won by the Kurdish opposition, and the Municipality of Diyarbak?r's Sur district, continue. The allegations and some images were published on social media accounts. Inspectors from the Ministry of Internal Affairs came to Diyarbakir and started working. The mayors of the three municipalities said that such a situation did not occur, that the published photos were a montage and that they were faced with a perception provocation.
