According to the German Weather Service (DWD) in Essen, showers and isolated thunderstorms are to be expected on Wednesday with variable to heavy cloud cover. In the low mountain ranges, sleet is possible. Highs between 8 and 11 degrees will be reached. At higher altitudes, maximum temperatures of around 6 degrees are possible.
