Fields II is the 5th fugitive investigated by FBI St. Louis Field Office and is the first to be named as FBI's Top Ten fugitive list in nearly 60 years. The FBI's "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list was established in March of 1950. Fields II is now the 531st fugitive added to the List.
