24 September 2022, Brandenburg, Neuzelle: Cornelia Schwarz, head of the Kloster-Winzer e.V. association, uses a refractometer to determine the sugar content of the berries on Scheibenberg at the Neuzelle monastery. Scheibenberg is Brandenburg's only winegrowing area within a former monastery complex. The 22 hobby winemakers are not necessarily concerned with high yields and profitability.
