(140212) -- MONTEVIDEO, Feb. 12, 2014 (Xinhua) -- U.S. actress Glenn Close (L) attends the roundtable "Arts, mental health and citizenship", at Solis Theater, in Montevideo, capital of Uruguay, Feb. 11, 2014. After her meeting with Uruguayan President Jose Mujica, Glenn Close who heads the Bring Change 2 Mind foundation, took part in a roundtable to debate about the rights of people with mental diseases, psychological pathologies and arts.
