PRODUCTION - 14 November 2025, Thuringia, Steinach: The valley station of the new chairlift. (Photo taken with a drone) The opening of the Fellbergbahn, a six-seater chairlift, is planned for December 20. A total of around 15.8 million euros has been invested in the project. The parking lot has been extended and there is also a new ticket machine. Ten snow cannons are available. The Silbersattel Adventure Park near Steinach offers around 4.5 kilometers of slopes for downhill skiing and up to 35 kilometers of cross-country ski trails. Photo: Martin Schutt/dpa
