Syrian mother and children beg in a street of Beirut, Lebanon, on December 1, 2021. On wednesday December, 1 Lebanese Government opened online application to World Bank Cash Assistance Plan for nearly 80 per cent of needy Lebanese citizens. The program will bring relief to Lebanese population who suffer from hard living conditions, due to uncontrollable hike price and the rise of the US dollar in exchange rate. The World Bank program will give to poorest Lebanese families cash assistance for a 246 USD million loan; is still under discussion a wider ration card plan that would cost 556 USD million.
