| SAN FRANCISCO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 11, 2021 / Wikisoft Corp. (the "Company," "we," and "our") (OTC PINK:WSFT) today announced that it has entered into a Common Stock Purchase Agreement (the 'Purchase Agreement') with TRITON FUNDS, LLC, a San Diego limited liability company ('TRITON FUNDS'). The Purchase Agreement provides that the the Investor shall purchase Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) of Securities after a Registration Statement is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") at a fixed price of $1.50 per share. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Purchase Agreement for the expansion of working capital and other general corporate purposes in accordance with its business strategy.
